Spring winds bring new strength, hard work opens a new path. On March 4, the Tiancheng Group held the kick-off workshop for 2026.
The meeting was attended by department heads at least at the level of deputy manager, employees with work experience from 10 to 15 years, newly hired employees of 2026 and company partners.
During the event, the company presented memorable awards to labor veterans with 10–15 years of experience in recognition of their contribution to the development of Tiancheng Group. In addition, a solemn and warm hiring ceremony was organized for new employees.
At the meeting, a new organizational structure of the enterprise was approved and personnel appointments were announced at Tiancheng Xinyuansu. Any plans require tireless implementation. All divisions of the group discussed in detail the planned indicators and tasks. The marketing and service center, the operations center, Jiasen Caishiwa Company, Fuilu Company, Tiancheng Xinyuansu and other departments have clearly defined the key goals for the year. Responsibility for safety comes first. Special training on industrial safety was conducted after the holidays to increase staff awareness of occupational safety issues. At the same time, the group's management entered into safety and environmental responsibility agreements with Tiancheng Construction, Jiaseng Caishiwa, Fuilu, Tiancheng Xinyuansu, Engineering Department and other departments.
Group General Director Li Jianming gave a detailed assessment of the results of the meeting. He thanked the experienced employees for their many years of dedicated work and welcomed new colleagues to the large Tiancheng family, inviting everyone to jointly develop a common cause. Hard work brings spring closer, and time requires active movement forward. 2026 is the start of the fifteenth five-year plan and the new starting point of the fourth five-year development program of the company. All employees should use this kick-off meeting as an important incentive, open their minds wider, actively work for the benefit of the enterprise, act unanimously and together, and persistently strive to achieve high-quality development of the Group.
