Steel trusses use a lattice support system consisting of top and bottom chords and braces connected by welding or bolting. Geometric stability is ensured by triangular elements, and the rods work mainly in axial tension and compression, which creates a clear force transmission pattern and ensures high efficiency in the use of material. With the same load-bearing capacity, the dead weight of the trusses is 30–50 percent lighter than that of solid I-beams, and steel consumption is reduced by 30–40 percent, which makes it easy to realize unsupported long-span spaces with a span of 18 to 60 meters or more.
The products are completely manufactured in the factory: the rods undergo cutting, assembly and welding, straightening, shot blasting and anti-corrosion coating. After checking the general pre-assembly, the trusses are shipped in sections, and they are joined and assembled on site, which ensures stable and controlled quality. Various designs are possible: trapezoidal, triangular, tubular trusses and others, adaptable to the roof slope and load. Widely used in industrial workshops, warehouses, buildings and structures, as well as in overpasses.
It is manufactured using high-strength Q355B steel combined with shot blasting and a zinc-rich epoxy primer coating to provide over 15 years of corrosion protection life, high weather resistance and fatigue strength at extremely low operating costs. According to structural characteristics: they provide open space, high rigidity, low deformations, outstanding resistance to wind and seismic loads. In terms of costs and timing: savings in materials and reduced load on foundations, rapid factory production, reduction in installation time by more than 50 percent, low cost throughout the entire life cycle, 100 percent recyclability. Steel trusses are the optimal solution for the main load-bearing structures of long-span and heavily loaded buildings.
